Refund Policy

At Just Dekho, we want you to love every purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can request a refund within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and in its original

• You must provide a clear unboxing video or photos as proof of damage.

Once verified, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product. We cover all return shipping charges for damaged or defective items.

Note: Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preference.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to selected regions across India from our base in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Orders are shipped through our trusted partner Shiprocket, and you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

• Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (depending on location)

• Shipping Charges: Included in the product price for prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small additional charge applies.

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order so it reaches you safely and on time.
